Questions

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know before joining Viper.

PMC Viper is an organised airsoft unit focused on tactical milsim-style gameplay. We run structured events, train together, and operate as a coordinated team across a variety of airsoft scenarios and sites.
Not necessarily. While experience is a bonus, we value attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn. If you are passionate about airsoft and teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
Recruits aged 29 and under must complete 5 pull-ups, 50 sit-ups, and a 2.4km run in under 11 minutes 30 seconds. Ages 30–34: 4 pull-ups, 40 sit-ups, and 2.4km under 12 minutes. PT dress is CS 95 trousers, T-shirt, belt and boots. Those who fail have 14 days to retest.
You must own or rent an M4/M16-style AEG, AK-style, DMR, or AR-15 (14.5" minimum) or bolt-action rifle depending on your intended role. Infantry firearm training is mandatory for all recruits regardless of role.
We typically run events once or twice a month, including regular skirmishes and larger milsim operations. Separate training sessions are also organised throughout the year.
Armbands are used for rapid field identification: Yellow = Squad Leader / Commander, Blue = Reconnaissance & Support Group, Red = Assault Group. These must remain visible at all times during operations as per the PMC Viper General Regulation.
We follow the legal requirements of the sites we play at. Players must typically be 18+ to purchase airsoft RIFs in the UK, though some sites allow younger players with parental consent. Contact us for details.
